I have an SBX 6x16 NO VM set up with HOT lines (4).
I cannot break dial tone. The system acts as if it is still using warm lines but I've been through all that with Toni at tech support.
I was instructed to send a copy of the client .USR file attached to a trouble ticket. The case was closed with no resolution, reopppened, then closed again with no resolution.
Hoping someone here has had a like condition and can share some thoughts.
This is the complaint as registered by Vertical. "delay in carrier proscessing dtmf on outgoing calls does not break dialtone for 5 seconds and then call completes."
