I am leaving test voicemails for a user and the MWI light doesn't light and the Message Count shows New: 000 Urgent: 000 for 1 hour.

Any insight?

Sounds like a corruption, try moving it to another index number. As a side note, your company web page seems to not be working.

Sorry for the delay in responding - I left the site after posting this. It looks like the previous vendor "knows how to fix it" so I am going to leave it up to them.
