I have an urgent question about using hyperterminal to program an SVMI 4e voicemail. It is connected to the voicemail card with a serial port cable and usually this all works just fine. I have been getting some used systems offline as they stopped making the version I like. Because many of these systems have previously been used I always default the system before I reprogram it. Usually this is done by accessing the system menu and using the system shut down mode. Hyperterminal then brings you to programming screen....the screen is coming up looking as a programming screen instead of the normal actual program that comes up that is bright blue...any suggestions on how to get the blue screen back???
Please read the board rules about posting installer level programming procedures in the open forum. This is for security reasons.

Just leave your terminal type to auto and it will change to whatever it needs (ansi for the svmi, VT100 for cadence, etc)
