Now that it's working they are wanting me to tweak the costs. I found the pricing but there are some things I don't get. Like how to make 800 calls free. I also don't get where actual cost vs usercharges are manipulated. Sometimes they are the same and other vastly different.
any help would be appreciated. All costing is coming from Tality, not IPO. You'll need to start there. Cheers!

I understand the raw data comes from the IPO and that Tality assigns costs to it. I just can't figure out how to make 800#'s free. I called Them but no room at the inn. I sent an email and am awaiting a response.
