Customer is using the latest Softphone version. Everything works well except they cannot make LD calls using carrier account codes. I have tried to manipulate the dial short code without success. I can make it work if I dial the LD number and then dial another number and hangup on the 2nd call. The dial pad then seems to activate again. Any thoughts? I know you cannot use IPO account codes.

No just the softphone. They want to use it remotely.
