Is there a way to program through ARS, caller ID call back so that both local and long distance numbers work? It's an SV8100 with 6.0 software.

Yes It can be done.
In my area we have 3 different area codes and over 65 differnt exchanges in the extended area service. we built a template in excel that we load on every install. The biggest pain is the darn cell phone companies gobbling up whole prefixes.
If you are not familiar with the programming on the 810 I suggest you get a certified tech to assist you.
