wink

So maybe I haven't been doing this right....

CO Ringing (all ring plans)
701 = 7049 (7400 v4.60b)

Menu Block
Direct Trunk 701 Go To MBox General Message

VM in default mode

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My call goes to a default AA NOT the mailbox I want it to go to.

So, what's the general gist of routing a CO straight to a VM destinatation like a specific Menu or Mailbox?

To temporarily get it working I routed the CO to a Station Group with a 1 second overflow and used Forward Station / Forward Trunk to GoTo the MBOX.

What is the best practice for a CO Line immed and direct to a particular VM destination?

How do you add a picture, didn't know you could do that?

To post a picture or change text click the "Switch to Full Reply Screen" You will then get a bar menu to add links, pictures, create a list and edit the text style.

Thanks, I'm assuming this is new, never thought we could do this before.

I said this was an 18 wheel upgrade, maybe it is a convoy upgrade.

Is there a new way to get your picture in without it being hosted on some remote server?

Thanks, Bracha

If you are using the station group method:
-Set station group with unconditional ring to either virtual SLT phone or Ring over page port if not used with 1 second overflow to vmail station group
-Then in forward station menu, setup group number to go to the mailbox in question - make sure you prog. it for all modes.

If you are routing the call to the AA:
-In direct trunk menu, program the trunk number to go to the appropriate mailbox in all modes.

If you are having issues, make a takes ttest call either while mmonitoring port status or look at Activity Log after the fact, you may have to createa routing for "Invalid condition"

Thank you!

also check what the system is looking for on page 1 of the direct trunk menu, fid, cid, etc.

Thank you!
