DK424 C/D 4.3 I set up a ACD that works great for a service department. At the same location and the same system people call the main sales number and a AA on a IVP8 picks up and gives them options 1 sales, 2 service. I had 2 go to a PHDN that rang all the service phones before the ACD was used. Right now I have the IVP8 hook flash and dial the main ACD number. Is there a better way to have the ACD transfer to the ACD group? Thanks

For that option, have the voicemail go to a mailbox and put #406xx-H (xx=acd group number) in the extension field for that mailbox.
