The Admissions dept at our university wants to add dialer
software to their Contact Mgmt software. It requires
a TAPI compliant telephone system. Can anyone suggest some
small ( 2-5 phones, 4-10 lines) systems that would fill
this need? Are there any that are user-installable?
( I am the in-house techie and can deal with this )...

You could just add TAPI-compliant interfaces between their existing PCs and telephone extensions, rather than install a new phone system.
