Hi there,
I've got an Axxess 8.2-based system that came with a voice mail unit. I've done some AMCs but am having difficulty assigning a mailbox to one of the numbers that previously served as a conference room phone. The phone is not a phantom device. In the programming utility, when I try to create an associated mailbox I never see the machine in the list of devices that can be configured with a mailbox. Calls to the device are never forwarded to voice mail. What can I do to resolve this? Thanks.

Go to extension ID's and remove that extension number from that list, and then it will show up on the create an associated mailbox list. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications
