Our phones were working fine until we unplugged everything for TS Isaac. When we returned all of a sudden all of our phones were working but when you dial the key for number 1, it doesnt recognize it. So i cant check out voicemail messages, since I have to press 1 to listen, I cant dial long distance, since i need to start with 1, and any phone number that has a 1 in it cant be called. Other than this, the phones work. Can anybody help??

Call your vendor there should be an upgraded set EPROMs that will fix this I ran into it several years ago on almost every ICE we installed. They would run for 3-12 months and then this would happen.
