This feature is enabled by default, but, you must assign those users that can activate the feature by Class of Service.
The TDA console has an extensive help section. It has links to the Feature manual and the Operations manual. Going through this help section will explain how to program any feature, its limitations
as to when it will and will not work, and how to activate the feature.
Privacy Release means the person who is on the call asks another to join in, the person on the call will then press and hold down the SCO button of the line they are using, while the button is held down, anyone with that SCO button on their phone can press it and join in.
Busy Over Ride means the user with that COS on their phone can Immediately join in on any busy line with a SCO button by just pressing the button. Will not work on LOOP, Group CO or Group DN
appearances.
The TVA systems have the same help section. once you learn to navigate them it will work wonders for you.
Standard Hold is enabled by default. If an SCO line is placed on hold, any other phone with that line represented by an SCO button can retrieve it.
