I have an issue where the customer is using UCA with salesforce plugin. The problem is that saleforce contacts does not show the toll digit. So LD calls do not go through when a contact is selected. Salesforce indicated the the ony way to do this is to use the UCA preview dail. This is cumbersome and he customer is un-Happy. Can this be corrected by the phone system? possibly ARS?
