I'm moving to a new laptop, and I need to know where I can find my filters and tile setup files on my computer? There is no way to export them, at least that I've seen. Please Help!!

Look in C:\Program Files. Realviewer should have its own folder under Contact Center Suite.

I have version 5.
If you go the the user profile folder \Application Data\Mitel\Customer Service Manager

You should see sub folders for reporter and real viewer.

I copy settings from computer to computer all the time. Set up a base, copy and tweak.

Version 5 (Customer Service Manager) moved the files under the User. This allows each user on a machine to have their own set of tiles and filters. Prior versions (Contact Center Suite) keep the information under the Program Files. Each user on the machine had the same tiles and filters. If one person made a change, it affected all users on that machine.

Search your folders (hard drive) for following files:
realviewer.flt
realvwr.cvd
rvruser.ini

and that's where your tiles 'stuff' is kept. If you ever want to copy your settings to another user, just copy those 3 files over pre-existing ones.
