Dear all, we were using UCD report with iDCS500,after installing auto attendent card we are unable to get Abondend calls as all calls are answered by Auto attendent,
CAN WE GET THE ABONDEND CALL REPORT (with auto attendent)

I am of the view that Abandoned calls are outgoing calls which not answered. In this case all your calls are answered by the AA, but you can have a stat for calls recalling to the AA group

If you have UCD groups you can use a supervisor (SP) key for the various ucd groups and as long as you have the clear times setup you will get the stats from there

Dear I am getting the report for incoming calls only i made one ucd group with 4 members like 201,202,203, 204. The calls ring at the AA group like 529 then after greetings it rings to UCD group if all four ext donot answer then we cannot get the abondoned report. if i taken out AA card and ring direct to UCD group and if there is no body answer it show me as abondened call in report.
Thanks for reply i think we dont have solution for this.
