Ok, I'm going to try my very best to describe my situation without confusing the crapola out of anyone...
DIT setup to EXT: 200 (Receptionist) DAY C/F NA to 650(VM) w/ VMID:200
DIT setup to EXT: 650 (Voicemail AA) NIGHT Press 1: Leave a Messsage (Goes to VMID 200 -> Leave Msg)
During the day, I'd like to have EXT:200 C/F NA to a mailbox that's setup with a Greeting explaining we are currently busy, followed by a list of options for my callers. Such as Press 1: Leave a message Press 2: Business Office.. Etc Etc
The issue I'm running into is...
My calls come into EXT: 200 with a VMID: 200, and if I changed EXT:200 to any other VMID besides 200, the MSG light will no longer light up or retrieve messages for VM UserID:200, and it will also be sending callers to whatever new VMID I setup in PRG 200-19.
Is there anyway at all, I can have EXT:200 C/F NA to a certain VMID, and setup "Press 1" to take a message, yet still activate EXT: 200 MWL, and retrieve said message when pressing the MSG button.
Dear god, I pray I explained this well enough, and thank you in advance!! Haha

The way I normally do this is to DIT to a Phantom Ext. I put phantom '500' on the last extention (hopefully unused extention), set it to ring all the time. DIT all trunks to '500' in day mode.
Use #6032 500# VM 15 - to send calls after 4 rings to VM - and you can set the VM MB that they go to under the phantom 500 settings.
Now, to make the Receptionist ring - put CO keys on her phone.
Just a thought...

Or you can use multiple call group and put the vmid code of the new mailbox and set the CF.

Then in the new mailbox record the greeting, uncheck "Store Messages" and then copy to MB200.
This way when the call gets to the new mailbox they will hear the greeting but the messages will be stored and lit up on ext.200.
