spxger Member Joined: May 2012 Posts: 32 Argentina	I did a downgrade on a OfficeServ system os7070 of 1.60ba 4.53s, but something happened, and now I'm missing the "General" tab. But is not the worst, the car does not work Auto Attendant. I tried everything, but I can not make it work. The call comes in to the PBX, this drift to the Auto Attendant but this does not play any sound. I tried to install the language prompts again, did not work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

nameless Moderator-Samsung Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 3,004 Likes: 4 Brisbane, Australia	1st question - Why did you downgrade? 2nd question - Does the vm work in default? 3rd question - what db did you restore? the 1.60 (I presume you mean 4.60b) or a previous 4.53c? 4th question - how did you do the VM db restore via DM or web interface?

spxger Member Joined: May 2012 Posts: 32 Argentina	Nameless, I answer the questions: 1 - I did the downgrade, because I could not do the walk 4.60b DID routing in any way. 2 - default does not work. 3 - you're right, I did the downgrade of the 4.53c 4.60ba. 4 - I tried to restore db in DM and web management, but does not work.
