I have a customer that has a Vodavi STSE with the expansion cabinet, when ever they get a power outage the cards in the expansion cabinet do not come back up they must go to the cabinet and unplug the power cable to this cabinet and plug back in the power a couple time before card is back. What could be the issue. Thanks Dave

Not sure what would cause it, but why not put a UPS on it to prevent the problem in the first place?

1. Is it properly grounded?
2. Is the short connecting cable securely attached?
3. Do you have it on a good surge protector?
