Good day! I hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend...

The company I was helping (or trying to help), is now wanting to know if they can forward a station to a cell phone. I know in Avaya or Cisco how to do this, and certain parameters have to be met before any programming can be done.

Does the telrad have a licensing or feature page (function access page - I think is proper terminology for Telrad) so I can check and be sure this is even possible?

It looks to me to be XXXX denotes not possible, or a two digit access code (or --) that it is possible. Correct? And the FWD COR itself will allow/disallow each station specifically.

And... if it's capable... you know the next question I'll have. grin

No license needed. Create a speed dial bin with the cell number, then forward the phone to that bin. Your feature codes are in the function access codes of the emanager or if you have the web feature (TVSE) for indivdual users activated, then you can see them there and you also can activate them there. Class of service will also need to be set for external forward. Usually, "Feature 352" is the foward all external code on the newer systems. You can forward a DID directly this way or an active set. If you don't have an active set, then it gets a little trickier.
