Have a new SV8100 install and I can't get virtual stations to ring anywhere. I have them built in CM11 and they are set to appear/ring on several stations but whenever I call one of them, I just get a busy. This system is the basic 64 port package so I am wondering if I'm just at the port limit. If so, is the ME50 + license going to fix the problem?

when you went into program 15-07 and placed your function keys, did you also set it up on the function key in 15-09?

Yes, they are in both progams. I would expect an open ring if it was programmed in 15-07 but not 15-09. Rechecked the numbering plan in 11-01 and 11-04 and they are correct.

What is the system configuration? This will give you the port count.

Its a base 64 port and they are all used. Thar is my question. So VE go towards the port count?

I didn't think VE counted towards port count but I could be mistaken given all the licensing changes of late. What number(s) are you using for VE if I may ask?

And you have these properly setup in the numbering plan? So you have all the feature code conflicts resolved and digit 8 and 4 are set for 4? Also you have cleared out all the 3 digit numbers that existed in the numbering plans?
