Cabinets, features, and phones are working nominally
I occasionally get the following error and have no idea what this is referring to - any help with an explanation would be helpful and definitely appreciated
System Id 0 Duplicate telephone port index at cabinet 3 - Slot 4 - Port 1 - Index 0 Invalid Card at cabinet 3 slot 4 (absolute slot 16) has been removed
If anyone can decode this apparent important information, I sure like to know what's up with this

I have two sites doing this - one IS netlink'd - I only use PCPro for specifically required program entires or if it assists or speed ups a programming procedure - I'd say (but am not 100% sure) in this case, that all programming was done using WebPro

I've seen this sort of thing on Netlink sites where the port capacity license had been exceeded. If the prime site is 5.00 or later you can turn back on demo licensing for 10 days to prove if this is indeed your proble,
From the telset login and go to PRG 10.37.01 and enter 10(days). logout and reboot system ..

Paul - I had already opened a ticket with NTAC - I talked to Dennis and he checked with a few others, but they've apparently never seen this error before - There was some discussion about the issue being somehow related to the SV8100 running 6.0x and I'm using PCPro 7 - I'm not sure that I was running PCPro 7 though, the first time I noticed this.
Dennis suggested opening a 6.0 "file type", then saving, then connecting, then downloading - I was unable to get in today so I'll have to wait to try this
So, I still don't know...
