I have an ACS 509 Rel 7 in a 5 slot cabinet.
Slot 1 I have a 012e
Slot 2 I have a 400ec
Slot 3 ACS Rel 7 5 X 9
Slot 4 Partner Messaging with a 4 port card
Slot 5 empty
In #505 I have 37,38,39, & 40 assigned. When I intercom to 40 it acts like an extention an ring the operator??

Check your ports. 40 is not one of them according to your other mods.

You sure? I just did the math, and I always end up counting on my fingers and toes, but I come up with 37-38-39-40 for VM ports.

Does 37-38-39 work ok. If so try 36, if not you may have a bad port.

37,38,&39 do work. Intercom to 36 gives me a busy signal.

I also calculated 37-40. If you have a spare 4 port license, try swapping it out and test again.

Ok, I missed the ACS R7. Counted it as 8. For the heck of it swap the 400 and the Partner messaging then use 31-34.
