I have a 5000 CP version 5.0.4.62. I want to be able to leave a voice mail but have it go to about 10 mailboxes instead of calling each extension and leaving the message. Is this system able to do this? If so, how do I set this up? Thanks

Yes you can.
If you want to send to the same people on a repeat basis, you can create a 'group list' in system programming. If you want to be able to send a message to multiple recipients (ad-hoc) on-the-fly, then create a message and send it like you're going to send it to one mailbox/person, but make sure to stay on the line (after pressing pound to end recording) and listen for option to send to additional recipients.

Create a voice mail group list that contains the desired mailboxes.
