ACD Skill level routing. Seriously is the below is true?
• The “fact†that if one queue wants skill based routing ALL other 63 queues MUST use it • Each user must have a unique Skill login even though they have the same skill (yep if 512 extensions used ACD they would ALL have to enter a unique code EVERY time they logged in) • A unverified code can be entered which overrides the others to become the highest skill (within that Q) • The two points above means if someone miss types there number (1. They don’t know 2. it overrides the skill levels.) • The feature has to be licensed (for these "features")

Unique code for all agents is easy, extension number +1
Skills based ACD is licensed, without a license it doesn't work.
Once you turn on skills based routing by loading the license ALL your groups use it, YES this is true. But since your agents now have an ACD table for each of the 63 groups you can set all agents the same in any group that is not using skills based.
