I was wondering if you could get the programming from a 3.0 xc software into a excel spread sheet.

Yes
You need Norstar Remote Utilities software and a Remote Access Device installed onto the KSU.
The software has workbooks where you can then acquire the info once connected.

Like MIFM card and SAT on NEC if I recall, been over 10 years since I touched on that stuff..
