Need to figure out how to get messages saved in voicemail to my PC.
Is there a tool to do this or can I get the file directly from the phone server? Axxess 9.2

What kind of voicemail do you have? Is it a stand-alone server or a card in the Axxess cabinet?

It's a standalone server. I simply setup an email for the extension and was able to get them that way.
Next problem though is I need a record of all the calls that came in on a certain day and time frame. Can I do this from DB Studio?

Nope. You would need to log the SMDR output real-time or buy a call accounting software package. To enable real-time SMDR go to: System\Cabinets\Sockets and enable the SMDR socket. Then you can use the Diagnostics Monitor app to collect and log SMDR records on a PC.
