Hello,
I have a mitel 3300 with a few issues that i am hoping someone can give me a hand with.
first off the voice mail appears to be down and when we try to ring it all we get is either just ringing or a busy tone.
i have tried to restart the mitel howver this doesnt always work.
i have logged in using putty and used the following commands:
iPVM_Stop
iPVM_Start
however the voicemail still just rings....
Could anyone offer me some help?

Do you get the same thing if you call a specific VM port vs. the pilot?
