Help Please. In my Office ip system (Basic Mode) I went in an programmed AA 1, recorded the greeting on the morning, afternoon and night, checked the profile, put in my menu prompts and recorded my greeting, but when I call in it answers but no greeting is played.

I have ran into this a few times,.......... reformatting the SD fixed it.

If your in basic (not Partner) I think there is a box to check in SYSTEM to activate it. Usually it is checked but i've had a few times where it's not. If i'm in front of on Monday i'll get you better info.
