I have an issue with a shared ext.
The shared ext is setup as a button on 2 separate phones. If I dial the ext internally, both phones ring. If I dial the ext from any of the AA' I get a message stating "You have entered an invalid phone number"
Any ideas on where to look?

Temporarily remove the extension from one of the two phones and see if you can get to the remaining one from the auto attendant. That'll tell you if the problem is related to the shared line appearance or due to something else.

You need to create a user for those extensions, they don't need a mailbox though.

They have a voicemail box that is working.
When I try and create a user it tells me its already assigned to a user, but the user is not showing up in CUE.
I will keep looking, thanks.

Okay I got it. I had to remove the old "General Delivery" mailbox and recreate the ext. Got messed up somewhere along the lines as this was a blast group at one time.
Thanks
