Thanks for any help. I am trying to transfer a call from one location to another location, the systems are linked over VOIP connection. We can page each other and have numbers that ring in to one location go to a ring group in the other location. I am trying to have the ability to answer and then transfer a call from one site to the other, but ring a group in the other facility, not an individual. I want to avoid the regular outbound forwarding type of option.
I have searched here for a while and did not find the answer.
Thanks Steve

Hi Steve, This should be fairly simple but will need to be setup in the system. Are you a Samsung Engineer or do you know one? I could set this up for you? Regards Phil

You will need to define the remote site's ring groups (must be unique numbers like the stations are) in the network lcr like you have done with the stations. Once this is done you can just transfer to the group number (eg 5001)
