New Install. 1 set has ringer for lines turned off. Works fine. Intercom call from any set rings the phone, works fine. However, incoming call to AA is answered and when that ext is dialed it does not ring and goes to VM What am I missing Thanks Ken

Don't have a clue on this one and don't have one set up to mess with. Sounds like one of the settings is set to immediate.

I've reviewed the manual and all I can see is that AA always transfers to the extension. Direct transfers to voice mail can be done by an end user. But that's all I've found so far.

Never ran into this problem, the only thing I can think of is to check the "Waiting Time"

In the X16 version 1, when CO Line ringing is turned off, it remains off, even when calls are transferred from the auto attendant. Both the phones and the KSU must be version 2.0 and it should work.
