Anyone have SMDR working over IP on the 8300? We followed the install guide but cannot get any data out using the IP connection. Just wondering if there is a command we missed or something??

Oh wow, thank you. I will check this out. I did not even know there was an smdr tool? Where is that? and wonder why my rep didnt tell me??lol I hope this helps too! I will let you know.

SMDRTOOL is a program used to download smdr rawdata fromm Nec pbxs connected via IP.you can download it from Nec websites.it is only about 100kBYTE size. It works very fine on sv8300 and sv8500 pbxs.
