Has anyone had any experiance with pushing analog ports off a 7400 through telco conditioned OPX curcuits?

We have an exisiting Definity site whith OPX circuits that are working but when we switch over to a Samsung SLI port we can generate dialtone and pass ring voltage but when we establish a call within a few seconds the OPX circuit goes dead. Give it about 20 seconds and it will reset.

Thanks
