Moved a KXTVS50 from a DHLC card on a KTDA50G to a DLC card on a KXTDA100, the voicemail is not recognizing the ports. Is there a way to re-integrate without initializing. Would like to save the recordings.

Have you thought about assigning it the same number it had in the previous port?
Say if previous port was ext 105
And new port is 115
Through programming swap the two ext numbers.
Let us know your results.

have you changed the port on the tda 100 that the voicemail is on to a vm port.
If all the extension numbers are the same it should work ok
