System is BCM 450. I have some DID numbers that aren't programmed to any user or TL. What is the best way to handle these so that a call to one of these vacant numbers goes to a recording ("you have reached a non-working number") without any options, like pressing 0 to get out.
I tried answering the TL with a AA greeting table with the message, but you could still press 0 or # to dial by name.
Thanks. Jim

Set up an Auto Attendant CCR tree for this. Make sure your path 0 is NOT a menu but an INFORMATION. Give your message then make it disconnect. (you record your message in path 0 )
Then have this CCR (table) answer those DID Trunks. And the greeting for this table should be empty.

If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

That worked great Jim. Thanks! I think I originally forgot to make path 0 Info only.
Thanks again. Jim
