Iam considering installing an DBS 96 in an old hotel which has no money. Manual shows that a digital set may set an alarm reminder (motel wakeup), but I need to set the alarm from phones attached to an analog port. Has anyone ever been successful at this?

In passing, it also says a non-display phone can set one and that you can dial any code on a SL set that doesn't require an FF key. So, try it. The SL user guide is a bit thin :-)
