OK I know I should know this but it has been awhile since I have actually worked on one and we only have one customer left with one.
Question how do you set the time on the GLX Plus phones?

You have to do it at each set while on hook press SPCL and enter the feature code 4 - 1 then enter hour then min in 24 hour format, pick up and hang up the handset.

Need help - want to program sets to auto-answer when picking up handset. I now have 1 that works but can not remember process to alter the others.
I've tried switching the program switch and using #38 but I also have that format crossed off in my book.
HELP PLEASE !!!! how do I do this???
Thanx !!!! David

RCA, Thanx, that is what I am doing, I do get a confirmation tone too, but it still won't work.
I have #38 crossed off in my handbook.... I wonder if it has been changed in my system????
I will try a few more phone and see what happens to them.
Thanx! David

OK then there is something else I'm attempting that must be wrong.
Trying to add new plantronics wireless head set with hand lifter CS50 system.
I can get all to work except that it will not auto connect when the handset is lifted. (i push the earpiece button and the hand set lifts, but I still have to hit the line too)
Thanx!

I think I got it. Had to unplug the new headset. Then get the phone to answer just by lifting the hand receiver. That worked fine and I replugged the system back in and now it seems OK.
THANX AGAIN !!! I needed those pieces of info to help me.
David Wood Thanx!!!!
