What is the best headset for a new SMT-i5210 phone? I'm looking for one that will plug directly into the phones headset jack.

Thanks in advance,
Dwayne

GN Netcom, I thought, beat out Plantronics but GN has been bought by Jabra and they have a ton of new models, especially Bluetooth and I would go through the site.

We've used or recommended VXi, Plantronics and GN Netcom. I can't say I dislike any of them. We generally don't sell them, though. I find that there is so much difference in the way people want the headset to feel like, look like---etc---it drives me crazy. I can't afford to have 10 or so different models of headsets---much less--- different manufacturers in stock---and bring them all to a customer's place to have them try them on to see if they like them.

We sell and have in stock some VXi models and some Plantronics. That's it. If customers don't care for those models---then they'll have to do some searching around.

AND, as I have found out time after time, once a customer gets one they like and IF you have made a profit on it, they will buy it from someone cheaper anyway so it is just as easy to point them to a manufacturer they like and not have to take anything back.

All they have to do is clone the settings, why bring you out?
