I downloaded the latest DSX System Administrator v3.29 and installed it on my new Win7 laptop, however, when I try to login to my phone system, I get the message "System not Responding to Login Command - Another Programming Session May be Active"

v3.25 still works on my old laptop

Seems like I missing something really simple here. No one else is connected, I can ping the system, I can scan the ports and see 80 and 8000 open.

Does anyone know the magic trick on this one?

Trying to connect over Ethernet. Tried USB as well. System was reset. Firewall is off on my system.

Here's something funny: I created a VM on my Laptop and installed System Administrator on that. Works just fine.

Silly question, but have you tried to reinstall the application on the Win7 laptop? It may have been a bad install/upgrade of the system driver (big red security warning in Win7) during the install.

Same issue is happening with one of our techs as well. We don't have a cabinet in-house at the moment so I can test his laptop, but DSX support fed him the line that it wasn't supported on Win7. I have it installed just fine, and working, on my win7 pro (bootcamp) laptop using the 64-bit version. I'm pretty sure I didn't have to adjust the Windows Firewall at all either.

I reinstalled it several times. Just started working out of nowhere.
