I have two seperate clients that have the same setup of an IPedge and a PRI thru and Adtran 908e with the same issue, but they have differnet PRI carriers. Both of them have a few, not all, toll free numbers that they can not call. When they do, they hear RNA, but when calling it from a cell phone or POTS line, it goes right thru to an auto-attd.
I would assume there is a blown config in either the IPedge or the Adtran, but not sure where to look exactly.
Tech support wants me to go trap the call with Wireshark on both sides of the adtran, but hoping to skip that step with a solution that someone else has already found.

If it's a toll free number I would look at the long distance provider.
