I have an ATA connected to a Norstar 616, the ATA only has 1 extension connected to it, ext.27. I can only get line 1 to ring over the ATA. I am trying to get all 4 to ring. I've gone into Ringing and programmed all 4 lines to ring on ext.27. I'm wondering if this is just how the ATA works or am I missing something. Thanks

If it's the original ATA produced, I think that may be your problem. (NT8B90-AA)
For kicks & giggles, remove all but one other line. Line 2 for example. See if line 2 rings.

Do all four lines ring if you hook up a regular phone to it?
