I've got a lawyer that wants a Mute button and I don't see that anywhere in program 39.
He doesn't want to hold the MIC button during his call when he wants to mute his handset or speakerphone.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Bracha

There is no mute button for the handset on a DK. But you can mute the mic when on speakerphone. Page Industries makes a handset with a push-to-mute button. If you turn on LED 2 in program 30 for his station, his mic button will lock when he presses it so that he doesn't have to continuously hold down the button to mute on speakerphone. Or upsell him on a CIX with a DP5000 phone to allow the mic button to mute the handset.
