I have an IP site which to have a small ACD Queue as a patient question\answer switch board. They would like to have a executive phone to have the view into the queue like at our main location. My question is does Telrad make a IP executive phone? If not is there a work around for this issue. We received one computer view with the Novae and that is being used.
Please let me know

There was not an executive IP phone made, other that the iPicasso. But I don't think it will work as a supervisor station, just a regular ACD user. I never ran into that issue, so couldn't tell you if there is a work around for that. Maybe a third party remote access to the Novae view computer. There would be a slight delay in real time though but may work.

Another thought. A hosted provider may be able to take info from your main site and give you what you want at the remote site. I've seen this done with other systems.
