Have a customer who has a DXP+ that has a couple of stations that have low volume on the external page. Phone calls and intercom vol is ok it is just the external page. Swapped phones and station cards. Also reset switch. Any ideas. (It is most likely the cpu card. It seems that is what is always is when it is a odd ball problem.) Thanks.

Maybe you already tried this;
Adjust the volume on the phone WHILE page is activated. Volume settings are stored separately. I'll bet that does it.

I would thinkthe doctor is right or it is the services card. Usually any wierd issue is the services. Good luck finding that one. It is that services or the cpu for the dxp plus that is getting hard to find

I would hope so. I have both in the warehouse, unknown functionality, but probably "new" in box, as I didn't need them. First offer gets it very cheap.

Carl I would call Hoosier or Cheesapeake or maybe Sundance. I had to find one of those cards over the summer and they at not cheap.
