Thanks fer the endorsement! Ver. 8.1 supports external call CID to single line stations (SLC and SLC16 cards). Ver. 9.0 and above supports CID internal and external call CID to single line stations. External and internal CID is name/number. Ver 9.2 will support CID history scrolling on the digital and IP keysets (finally!).

It appears we have a winner! :toast:

Would someone please give Superfoneguy his key to the Executive Super Hero Wash Room and show him the secret handshake.

Wow. CID history review on V9.2? Guess I'm going to have to upgrade my own cabinet for that one!

Very cool. Now I'll need to research my voicemail options since our current OS/2 voicemail is not compatible with any of the versions that support internal caller-id.

I know some people like the new internal VM card that goes in the cabinet. I personally prefer the Axxessory Talk computer. When things go wrong on a weekend I can find parts to fix a computer most anywhere, and I keep a ghosted drive on hand so that if I lose the hard drive, all I have to do is slap in my ghosted image, restore the latest back up, and I'm back in business. Then on Monday I'll ghost a copy of that drive.
