Hotel application. 016TR Card. Room Extension. When they try to dial 918xxxxx as so as they hit 8 they get a busy. There is no restrictions on the extn. and no acct codes. Any ideas on what is blocking the call?

No clues at all.

Pull a print of the extension and we would be able to tell.

Looks like an ESS 1 Restriction. Now to get it turned off. They haven't used the DSS4450 for years and that is how they turned it off and on. Not sure how it got turned on!
