I have setup a menu to dial out to mobiles, dependant on which option selected, I am using the dial block for this as all the virtual slts have been used.
This works, however the vm disconnects the outbound call after about 5-8 seconds, not allowing the mobile user time to answer, or tim for the mobie vm to pickup.
I have increased the off premise no answer to 10 rings in the vm station block, but dosentmake any difference.
Any ideas what I can do to increase the vm outbound disconnect time?
