Hey Gang-
Anyone have a good pre-install template for the customer to fill out for installs?
Thanks

Your best bet is to walk through the installer worksheets with the customer. Start with the station section, then go from there. Starting with the station section gives you points of reference for the rest of the conversation. That always worked best for me when building ESI systems. The installer worksheets became my blueprint and as-built for the system.

I would have to agree with Justin when i was selling ESI the installer program record sheets made it so much easier once you get that info and if you know what they want with the voice mail that is also a WOW factor. the reason I bring up the Vm is with all the guest mail boxes and department mail boxes i have come to learn that you can take a small to medium size business and make the general public think that your customer is alot larger than they actually are.
