Hi,
we have a customer with OS7200S with embedded voicemail which has recently stopped working, we also cannot connect to the system via IT tool (connection forcefuly rejected) but we can ping the system.
we have changed the MP20S and new SD card and still have the same problem in default state so i dont think its a corrupt database.
i can use key mmc fine
any ideas?

Can you connect with a laptop and a cross over lan cable plugged directly into the lan port on the mp20s?

thanks for the reply, i got it sorted. it was corrupt software provided on the mmc card downloaded from samcom website.
version 4.46d and 4.53c were corrupt. 4.46e is good.
