Hello,
Just wondering if you can guide me in making an extension on a hunt group ring 2 or 3 seconds before the rest of the hunt group?
Thanks!
Clueless about telephony, so thanks in advance!

Make the extension you want to ring first, the first member of the hunt group in question. Adjust the No Answer Advance timer accordingly. They say every ring cycle is 6 seconds, thus if you wanted it to ring twice, set this timer to 12 seconds. You may need to adjust the Recall timer as well if you want the call to ring the rest of the hunt group the same amount of rings before leaving the hunt group.
Note: This is the ring cycle when calling in from the outside world. Calling the hunt group internally will follow the same timers but the audible ringing is different. It will be two burst rings at faster intervals. This sometimes confuses people when they test what they have just set up.
